end of weekend deuce

finished up stripping the car today (minus the ebrake and sunroof).  tons of fun, nice weather too.  now i just need a day to cut it up and haul it off to the scrap yard.

project make money day 1

surprisingly i managed to get the motor out today.  despite never having done this it is pretty simple. step one unbolt axles and chain the motor to the lift. step 2 unbolt the three motor mounts. step 3 lift and pull and disconnect everything keeping you in.  big ups to mother nature and dennisbitaly for the hoist and warm (as in not freezing) weather. anyways im going to crotched mountain now to snowboard so ttfn.

pretty warm the last couple days.  saturday was cold tho. did 9 total to dorri and rays saturday for dinner.  went there again on sunday for the super bowl, boo steelers. and did the finish, caitlins home route again (see map below) for 23 more.  ive been busy taking my car apart lately. good times.

its winter

so its winter now and it is pretty cold sometimes. the day started and ended around 11F and the high was 25. rode the iro to my internship at finishedit.com, which is pretty saweet, then went to caitlins to tend to her as she is soooooo sick and then home.

case of the mondays

32 miles with COD, ten of which were with the fast dudes on their 4000 dollar bikes. averaged over 19 mph but i was dead after that, so i rode with the piano dudes  the rest of the way.  then did another 20 biking all over needham, newton, brookline and boston, for school and shopping and errands.  biked 7 miles home in 22 minutes averaging about 18.7 which is super fast for me esp after riding so much previously. boat shoes and clipless are not the best combo but it worked ok.

11 to caitlins, 4 to school 9.5 home. riding hom was sick cause there was crazy traffic at the huge hill and it was very motivating ot zip past liek 100 cars on the hardest part of the ride.
