surprisingly i managed to get the motor out today. despite never having done this it is pretty simple. step one unbolt axles and chain the motor to the lift. step 2 unbolt the three motor mounts. step 3 lift and pull and disconnect everything keeping you in. big ups to mother nature and dennisbitaly for the hoist and warm (as in not freezing) weather. anyways im going to crotched mountain now to snowboard so ttfn.

Yellow manifold would have been sick on my yellow mustang hehe.
Seems pretty neat that engine hoist. Want to do my turbo install? JK. I guess the best way to do that on my car is to drop the engine, axle and exhaust out the bottom. It keeps everything in tact. You just need a lift.
